The "FUJI BBF Filter System" is a filter system suitable for water treatment that requires high filtration precision and backwashing capability, such as process liquids and white water for papermaking. It employs a low-pressure loss sintered metal filter media with high peelability, demonstrating excellent backwashing capability through a bubbling method. A test device with a glass housing that allows for visibility of the element's condition enables simple testing. The Fuji Aobukafi filter is primarily a continuous automatic backwash filter for water treatment, capable of handling a nominal filtration accuracy of up to 5μm, which is difficult for general auto strainers. Additionally, by combining it with other filter equipment and liquid cyclones (Lacos separators), we can propose solutions to address our customers' challenges.

The "Fuji Aobuka System" is an automatic backwashing filter system that enables long-term operation without opening during the filtration treatment of industrial water and other applications. By combining our proprietary filter media with cleaning brushes, we improve recovery after backwashing. This contributes to stable operations by reducing the frequency of open maintenance. Our unique filter media can meet filtration requirements finer than 10 microns. The small automatic backwash filter 6.04 can automatically clean its interior (backwash) while filtering. Unlike a cyclone, it uses a mesh-type filter element that reliably captures debris such as chips. Despite being a mesh type, it eliminates the need for frequent replacement and cleaning tasks required by conventional wound filters and bag filters, as well as the associated operational downtime. This contributes to labor-saving and unmanned operations. Instead of a basket-type filter element, it employs a candle-type filter element, which features a larger filtration area per unit volume.
